finding spaces...

Another weekend, another chance to give the furniture in the sewing room a shift. I was a little cramped in my workspace and my sister helped me decide on a new layout for my studio. I'll work play in it for a few days to see how it fits, but so far, so good! I realize that the pictures don't show the awesome space to its best advantage, but it really does feel good so far. I can now walk all the way around my big table and it'll be wonderful for laying out quilts.

Walking in, before and after... "before" was pretty, but since my table was perpendicular to the wall, space was limited... especially with a cabinet up against it! Now it's parallel and gives a lot more usable space! (Nice cords, hey?)

Before and after from the other angle... look at all that wonderful table space!
My command central, and I love that I just have to swivel around to my ironing board...
Design wall, as happy as ever! (Haha, notice I still have some little hexis hanging around!)
Sitting area view...
I love me some pretty fabric storage for some pretty fabric...
And it warms my heart to see that English has adopted the chair where London once snoozed...
