snowbuddies...

I've been a decorative painter longer than a sewing/quilting enthusiast. I have quite a collection of books and patterns by many talented designers, but for the past few years I've discovered that I only seem to paint at Christmas time.
This is a sweet  little sled I finished up yesterday that's bound for Wisconsin...
My mom is sending it to my aunt to give a little winter cheer...
It was so much fun to paint and really makes me smile.
It kind of has me wondering if I should dust off the old brushes  a little more often!

I think you should, this is adorable! Had me looking at your shop if you were selling any! Your aunt is going to love it!

Love your painting skills! I have lots of books and paints and patterns out in the garage myself. Used to do Tole painting all the time. I clearly have too many hobbies :) Your skills are SO much better than mine!
