sometimes it takes a whole village...

I'm sure you know the saying... "it takes a whole village to raise a child". I just love those words! I also love how they can be made to fit into the quilting world too. In this case, it took a whole village of designers and lines of fabric to create my rainbow quilt.

As I searched through my scrap bin to do some piecing, I jotted down a list of this, that, and who as I went along... by the time I was finished writing and sewing, I thought it was pretty impressive!
Here's my list (can you spot and name others?)...

Lucy's Crab Shack, Hello Luscious, Ruby, Hoo's in the Forest, Oh Cherry Oh, Denyse Schmidt, Sunkissed, Apple of my Eye, LouLouthi, Meadowsweet, Farmdale, Tradewinds, Bliss, Reunion, Domestic Bliss, Dick and Jane

I think it's cool that in this case, it really DID take a whole village to make a quilt!
Now I guess it's time for me to FINISH it!
