summer in the city...

Summer, it seems, has finally decided to grace us with its presence. To celebrate, we decided that a day at Second Beach Pool in Vancouver was in order. Lotsa sun. Lotsa people. Lotsa cool buildings to take pictures of. Lotsa happy.

Beautiful building!
I loved this Starbucks...
High tide and the Seawall...
See all the sailboats?
Second Beach Pool...

Low tide... and some BIG tankers in the distance!

'Nother Starbucks... gorgeous old building!
BC Place... I've never seen it with the roof off... must be the sunny weather!
Science Center... remember it from Expo '86?
Vancouver, I love ya... but nothing beats home sweet home!

Fun! We so seldom dive into Vancouver - we're always just passing through.

Beautiful day! Looks like a lot of people were out and about enjoying it along with you! It is always nice to get back home again.

Great day for a field trip! Oh..and just so you know, you're one of the first people to see BC Place with its 'top down'. BC Lions had their first topless game on Friday night:)
Wow...looks like it was crowded there!
