domestic pretties...

The Olde Farmhouse Vintage Market is fast approaching and I've been very busy in my sewing room preparing for it. My housework had suffered a little, but at least I'm producing things to make the job sweeter for someone else!

I've made a few aprons, and am thankful to Lori Holt for this wonderful pattern to work with. Here are a some quick pics I snapped...





I also put together three clothespin holders, inspired by this pattern I found on etsy. I added lining and interfacing for a little more stiffness and contrast and am really happy with them. I hope to make a couple more...
If only the sun would come out for real, and not just break through the clouds for a little photo shoot...

Oh those are really stinkin' cute aprons! I think we're on the same wavelength...I made a little practice block this evening that I was thinking about making a clothespin holder from. VERY cute!

oh I love love love your "domestic prettiness"..love the colors..so bright and cheery...would make cooking and cleaning much more exciting having these..have a great weekend..the sun is not out yet here either..rained from about 8pm on last night...they say its supposed to be nice..so we shall see.;)getting my spray tan on today though.;)
