puddlejumping...

When my girls were much, much smaller than they now are (when did they get so big, anyway?), they loved to put on their rubber boots and go puddlejumping. I remember they had matching blue raincoats... and Emily's boots were pink (what else?) and Julianna's were purple. Well now that March is officially here, it's puddlejumping season once again because, man, do we ever get the rain. Today was a crazy mix of downpoar, windstorm, hail, and beautiful sunshine. I was so excited to see the sun that I even wore capris! Ok, I admit it's a little early for capris since we still have ice on our pool, but it was the thought that counts, right? Anyhoo, I just wanted to share the latest little block on my sewing table. I've named it "Puddlejumping"...
