my house tour...

Earlier today we had our realtor over to have a little walk through and to talk numbers. We were a little disappointed with the outcome... his appraisel was based on other houses in our area that have sold in the past few months. We like to think that he came in low and all the hard work Robyn has put into the place will pay off, and so time will tell. We'll start really looking at other places and then maybe the time will be right to list.

In the meantime... I've got one clean house on my hands that I wanna show off! It's not Country Sampler worthy, but it's home and we love it. I snapped lots of pics to share and I hope you enjoy the tour...
Come in the front door and peek over the railing...

The living room...

Dining room...

Kitchen...

Peek back down to the landing as you head down the hall...

Main bathroom...

Master bedroom and office/sewing room...

Down the stairs to the girls' little bathroom...

Emily's bedroom - girly... Julianna's bedroom - nnnot so girly...

Family room (newly renovated as you'll remember!)

Laundry and kitchen area - aka - the girls' art space...
...and that's all folks! Thanks for stopping by!

Your Home is beautiful... We just had an appraisal done on ours. If your numbers are what you expected, you have several options. Get an appraisal from someone not associated with a realty co. Start doing some home touring and studying the realty pages yourself... You know.. do your own comparison. It costs money to get a 2nd appraisal, so after emotion is out of it... determine if you should. If you ever want to chat...just email me. It's tough to list your home I know. There's so many things you can't place $$$ on. Hang in there.

Looks like Country Sampler to me. Any sign of a package yet? I am so sorry if not. I better send another one and make sure I get delivery confirmation. Have a great day. Julie
