1.) I plan on becoming a strict flyer /coupon shopper. Who knows what the meal plan will look like from week to week, but this is something my family needs to do to get the old grocery bill back in shape.
2.) And on the same note... no more eating out 'just because'. It's waaay too easy to fall into that trap! And when you think of the cost of a meal out (even if it's 'just' fast food) and the fact that it's not even anything that you keep with you, it's a real eye opener. $20 would go a LOT further during a holiday or special outing than it would for just one meal.
3.) And my new personal challenge will be to use it up or do without. Fabrically speaking, of course.
There are so many more things I've considered adding to this little list, but I know myself, and I know that being reasonable and not going overboard with my promises to myself is a smart place for me to start. So, with baby steps I'm heading into the new year. And I'm planning on having a good one... one that will make a difference for my family!
