I'b wishig you a Habby Dew Year!

Happy, Happy Holidays my friends!

With all the rush rush rush, and go go go leading up to Christmas, I ended up with a whopper of a cold that hit - you guessed it!- Christmas day. You know the type - everything hurts, from your hair to your toes. My family was awesome, offering their sympathies at all the appropriate moments while I camped out in a corner by the fire, and my girls worked in the kitchen with my mom like I've never seen before. I think it helped that they received handmade aprons as a Christmas gift... they wore them for three days solid!

And now it's New Year's Eve. This cold is worse than a week ago and I think it has its own plans for tonight. We've been invited to a get together but right at this moment, I'm not sure if we're going anywhere. I'd hate to be 'that person' coughing and nose blowing in the middle of a party.

I hope everyone has a fantastic New Year, filled with continued blogging friendships... I'll see you next year!

Kimberly ~
The exact same thing happened to me on Christmas Day but thankfully we had our huge dinner here Christmas Eve with 25 people. I have hardly done a thing the past week but am finally feeling somewhat better. Hope you do soon!
A joyous New Year to you!
Pam

Get bedder soon. Looking forward to having the girls tonight to bang on the pots and pans. You & Robyn are welcome, too. Happy New Year to all your blogging friends.

Bummer. I hope you feel better soon. I had a really good cold for about 2 weeks. I really decided I take breathing for granted, because most of the time my nose was plugged, and I couldn't!! I got your great win in the mail. Thanks so much for everything. You are so talented. I loved it all. I hope you got the patterns. Have fun with them. Happy 2010!! Julie

Oh NO! I tried sneezing in the opposite direction - I guess the wind blew the wrong way. I hope you get over sooner than me so you can enjoy the start of 2010!
