Christmas and Crackers and Cricuts... oh my!

Our Christmas pics in a nutshell... and yes, our kids did get a waffle iron and Magic Bullet. Not typical gifts for kids, I know, but remember their cooking obsession...? I also made quilted gifts for both my parents this year and I'll snap pics to share once the holiday hoo-ha is over and things are somewhat back to normal... whatever normal is!

Julianna saw a make-your-own Christmas Cracker kit at Michaels just before Christmas. It really interested her but honestly, why buy a kit when you can create it yourself?

And this is the biggie gift that my parents gave us... a Cricut Expression machine. Um, WOW! I'm so looking forward to seeing all that this baby is capable of.

I've popped in here and there this week and have really enjoyed all your Christmas posts! Have a great afternoon... it's a sweats and scrapbooking sort of day around here. Just right!

Oooooo.... Lucky you! I've seen the info-commercial for the Cricut and it looks like a lot of fun! Can't wait to see what you come up with. We saw a guy using it to make signs a month ago at a craft show.

Kids that like to cook is good. My kids get recipes for their cookbooks each year and are starting to ask for utensils and such.

Looks like they had a wonderful Christmas.

Happy Holidays,
